- In case you inadvertently receive products that have not been registered in your order, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the company.
- In case of return for personal reasons, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the customer.
- In case of return due to incorrect registration in the order by the customer, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the customer.
- Pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Dimensions and Sizes indicated on the products refer to the product before stitching.
- Returns of products that have been used or washed or their original packaging has been damaged are not accepted.
